This meal has been my favorite since I began my paleo life. It has evolved over the past months and I think we’re getting close to perfection. 

2 lbs of ground turkey breast
1/2 onion - diced
1/2 red bell pepper - diced
1/2 green bell pepper - diced
1 large jalapeño - diced
1 cup of cilantro - diced
1/2 lime (juice)

Dice and mix the veggies in a bowl, squeeze the lime over it. Add the meat to the mix and make your patties. (We usually make six big patties.) 
My husband goes nuts with the seasonings. He adds cayenne, pepper, and turmeric quite liberally. 

I chose to fry my patties in bacon fat and then top them with fresh guac and bacon.
